Herald Square

Marketing the retail centre of the universe.

225-233 is a 75,000 sqft retail unit on Oxford Street, London with over 32 meters of frontage. The building was due to be re-let and needed marketing to an array of forward-thinking flagship potential occupiers.

Situated on Europe’s busiest shopping street, 225-233 Oxford Street is the centre of London’s retail district. We developed an identity based around the concept of an orbit, where Oxford Circus lies at the focal point.

We rolled the futuristic brand identity out into a trio of marketing brochures and a website which hosted virtual tours of the units created by Beagle Media. The collateral was accompanied by use of neon photography and gradients to encapsulate the energetic spirit of London’s retail heart.
